Job Requirements
- must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- experience in bartending within a luxury or upscale environment preferred
- knowledge of current mixology techniques and trends
- familiarity with bar equipment and sanitation protocols
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and evenings
- good communication and customer service skills
- must have physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift moderate weights

Job Duties
- prepare and serve beverages efficiently and with high-quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- apply knowledge of mixology to craft innovative cocktails
- comply with state and local alcohol service laws and regulations
- engage guests with refined verbal communication to enhance their experience
- manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
- ensure sanitation and safety standards are consistently met
