Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- minimum one year of bar experience
- knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation
- ability to operate point of sale systems
- basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Duties
- Make cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences
- maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily including requisitioning and stocking beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, and produce based on daily function projections
- maintain stock, cut, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables to ensure product quality
- greet guests courteously and promote and document orders for drinks
- mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practice prudent portion control
- adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
- input orders into point of sale system and create checks for guests to maintain beverage service accountability
- handle cash transactions including making change, verifying charges, recording charges, and ensuring proper execution of vouchers
- lock and store beverage, food, and equipment items, deposit cash drops and secure the bank
- comply with attendance rules and maintain regular availability
- perform other job related duties as assigned
