Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- Prior bar service experience
- Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- High school degree or GED preferred
- Ability to build relationships
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and guidance from management
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in fast-paced and sometimes loud environments
- Willingness to comply with all state and federal alcohol service laws
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and engaging demeanor
- At least 21 years old
- Prior bar service experience
- ServeSafe Alcohol Certification a plus
- Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Bi-lingual experience a plus
- Reliable transportation required

Job Duties
- Serves food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and fruit juice to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to brand standards
- Interacts verbally with all bar guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- Greets guests, answers questions, makes suggestions regarding food, drinks, and specials
- Completes assigned opening and closing side work
- Slices fruit and vegetable garnishes for drinks
- Presents guest checks to bar patrons, makes correct change and/or completes credit transactions
- Processes employee and manager food orders
- Relays food orders to kitchen via the point-of-sale computerized register system in a timely and accurate manner
- Manages service of alcohol according to all state and federal laws and regulations, as well as company and brand policies
- Participates in the clearing and resetting of the bar area
- Occasionally scheduled to serve guests in a Carside To-Go capacity
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
- Explains and demonstrates usage of Tabletop Electronic Devices to guests
- Drives sales with suggestive selling techniques
- Participates in local store marketing to increase bar traffic and overall restaurant sales
- Removes trash and garbage from bar service area to dumpster
