Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Sufficient education and literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Warm and professional demeanor reflecting a culture of excellence
  • Ability to work varied schedules including nights and holidays
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or mixology experience preferred
  • Certification in bartending is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of classic and modern cocktail recipes
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for hospitality and customer service

Job Duties

  • Mix and serve drinks to guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage bar inventory and supplies
  • Report to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
