- valid state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Job Duties
- greet customers promptly with a warm, friendly greeting
- make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
- prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
- conduct wine service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- ensure compliance with all state and local beverage service regulations
- collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience
