Job Requirements

  • minimum one to three months of related experience or training
  • valid state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • one to three months of related bartending or hospitality experience
  • possession of state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • knowledge of drink mixing and wine service procedures
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • passion for food and beverage service

Job Duties

  • greet customers promptly with a warm, friendly greeting
  • make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
  • prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
  • conduct wine service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • ensure compliance with all state and local beverage service regulations
  • collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience
