Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous bartending or customer service experience is a plus
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock limited supplies of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest the sale of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure the guest is well attended, offer drink refills, and clear any items not in use
- deliver and close out the check in a timely manner, thank guests and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
