Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous bartending or customer service experience is a plus
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock limited supplies of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest the sale of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure the guest is well attended, offer drink refills, and clear any items not in use
  • deliver and close out the check in a timely manner, thank guests and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
