Job Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in a similar full service restaurant
- Wine knowledge
- Follow all safety, health, and sanitation regulations and guidelines
- Standing / walking up to 8 hours continuously
- Lifting up to 50 lbs alone, and up to 80 lbs as a team

Job Duties
- Provide legendary service to bar guests according to standard operating procedures
- Have adequate menu knowledge and make guest recommendations
- Prep, stock, clean, and maintain bar to a high level of organization and cleanliness
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers according to established recipes and standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records of beverage usage and sales
- Check identification to verify that guests are of legal drinking age
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
- Enhance guest experience to encourage repeat visits
- Collaborate with other bar and restaurant staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation
- Answer phones
- Take to-go orders in accordance with company standards
- Take bar tables
- Create drink recipes
