Job Requirements
- Be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Lift and move items up to 50 lb
- Be able to stand for long periods during shifts
- Be capable of handling active tasks requiring endurance and physical engagement
- Previous bartending experience in a similar environment
- Able to thrive under high volume and pressure

Job Duties
- Greet players with energy and personality-create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with them, learning what brings them in, and recommending drinks they will love
- Mix up a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection while keeping the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to roll-from cleaning glassware to ensuring smooth operations throughout the day
- Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top-notch service by going the extra inch-ensuring every player feels like a VIP, the topgolf way
- Commit to safety and sanitation standards by keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant
