Job Requirements

  • Be 21 years of age or older with 1-2 years of prior bartending experience
  • Have a positive energy be ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player
  • Ability to communicate effectively with managers employees and all guests
  • A flexible schedule to work days nights weekends and holidays
  • Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping kneeling pushing pulling or lifting

Job Qualifications

  • One to two years of bartending experience
  • Positive energy and team player attitude
  • Effective communication skills with managers employees and guests
  • Knowledge of mixology and drink preparation techniques
  • Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately

Job Duties

  • Create prepare garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant's standard drink recipes while tending to bar patrons
  • Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar
  • Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner and assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies in addition to required side work
  • Always remain educated on our menu offerings and respond promptly to any requests or questions about our menus dietary restrictions and other restaurant functions and services
  • Prepare and present final bill process payment and report all gratuities received to comply with the IRS standards of reporting income
