Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1+ years of bartending experience with a full bar
- ServSafe and Alcohol training certifications
- Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize

- ServSafe and Alcohol training certifications are required
- Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System and perform basic math
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management
- Organized and able to prioritize in a fast paced and constantly changing environment while maintaining a smile and positive attitude
- Great communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations and issues positively

Job Duties
- Greet guests who approach all bar areas immediately with a smile and warm hospitality embodying nice and amazing service
- Demonstrate passion and commitment by rapidly and accurately taking food and beverage orders and using selling maximizations for every guest
- Create a unique and amazing experience for guests by possessing full knowledge of bar and menu items and being able to make recommendations
- Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements, 21 or order, for consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for server orders and patrons of the bar, lobby, and lounge following standard recipes
- Clean as you go including glasses, utensils, bar equipment, and bussing tables
- Implement alcohol service and safety training including but not limited to ensuring that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only, not over-serving an intoxicated guest, and seeking management intervention if necessary
- Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar
- Keep Bar Supervisor up to date on inventory levels
- Wash and sanitize all stemware
- Process all payments correctly and promptly
- Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resources if unable to assist
- Complete all opening, mid, and closing procedures including but not limited to side work
- Other duties as assigned
