Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20lbs occasionally
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Willingness to participate in training programs

Job Duties
- Fostering and maintaining a creative, clean and organized bar
- Establishing the highest standard of menu knowledge and diligence of service on the floor
- Readiness to participate in extensive food and drink knowledge training
- Great communication skills and a willingness to engage with guests and team members in a professional and dignified manner
- Perform other job-related activities as required or assigned by Bar Manager
- Able to stand for a 10-12 hour shift and may be required to lift up to 20lbs occasionally
- Holiday availability is required
