Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • At least 2 years of bartending experience
  • Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required
  • Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Strong task and time management abilities
  • Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques

Job Duties

  • Welcome residents to the bar area
  • Read and listen to residents to determine beverage preferences, make recommendations, and take drink orders
  • Plan drink menus and inform residents about new beverages and specials
  • Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to residents
  • Take inventory and order supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked
  • Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations
  • Assist with other dining needs as required
