Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least 2 years of bartending experience
- Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required
- Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong task and time management abilities
- Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques

Job Duties
- Welcome residents to the bar area
- Read and listen to residents to determine beverage preferences, make recommendations, and take drink orders
- Plan drink menus and inform residents about new beverages and specials
- Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to residents
- Take inventory and order supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked
- Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations
- Assist with other dining needs as required
