Job Duties

  • collaborate with management to plan and execute special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • monitor drink preparation, presentation, and service to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • address issues related to beverage quality promptly and effectively
  • develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of beverages including ingredients, flavor profiles, and preparation techniques
  • engage warmly with guests ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable
  • craft cocktails according to recipe ensuring correct and high-quality products
  • ensure minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcoholic beverages
  • create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere by providing personalized service
  • communicate positively and concisely with customers and staff
  • listen attentively to requests and respond appropriately
