Job Duties
- Create and maintain a positive work environment fostering teamwork and professional growth
- maintain the cleanliness of the bar area by disposing of waste, cleaning glassware, and wiping down bar and preparation areas
- collaborate with management to plan and execute special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- monitor drink preparation, presentation, and service to ensure adherence to quality standards
- address issues related to beverage quality promptly and effectively
- develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of beverages including ingredients, flavor profiles, and preparation techniques
- engage warmly with guests ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable
- craft cocktails according to recipe ensuring correct and high-quality products
- ensure minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcoholic beverages
- create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere by providing personalized service
- communicate positively and concisely with customers and staff
- listen attentively to requests and respond appropriately
- maintain composure and attentiveness during busy periods or emergencies
