Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or related hospitality experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be at least the legal drinking age as per state regulations
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Compliance with all health and safety standards and alcohol service laws
