Job Requirements
- Open and flexible schedule availability

- ABC responsible beverage server certification required
- Confident knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, and food and wine pairing
- Minimum three years experience in full service restaurant bartending

- Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, beers, and wines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beers, and other beverages to guests
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drinks and food pairings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations
- Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards according to certifications
