Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous experience as a bartender preferred
- Experience in a craft cocktail beverage program preferred
- Intermediate levels of wine and spirits knowledge are considered, though advanced specialized knowledge in these areas is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to hospitality
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods
- Able to reach and bend routinely and frequently lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move kegs and maintain a clean beer and wine cooler

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Execute the cocktail menu to exact specification with detail and care
- Use the provided tools and equipment as directed by bar management
- Present extensive backbar knowledge when requested by the guest
- Provide detailed information on menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and beverages in an elegant and timely manner
