Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- at least one year of bar experience
- knowledge of spirits and wine
- ability to create craft artisan cocktails and specialty drinks
- hotel experience preferred
- ability to operate a cash register and point of sale system
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to communicate in basic English
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Make cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences
- maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily including requisitioning and stocking supplies
- maintain stock, cut, and store fresh fruit, vegetables, juices and perishables to ensure quality
- greet guests courteously, promote menu items and prepare drinks using standardized recipes
- abide by all state, federal and corporate regulations on alcohol service
- input orders into POS and manage guest checks accurately
- handle cash transactions, verify charges and maintain financial accountability
- secure beverage and food items and cash drops
- comply with attendance rules and maintain availability
- perform other related duties as assigned
