Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- ability to work in a detailed-oriented team environment and multitask
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a bartender preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work effectively in a team
- knowledge of standard drink recipes
- basic math skills for order accuracy
- reliable and punctual
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly when seated
- prepare bar stations and glassware before opening and restock drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using proper glassware and garnishes
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- ensure guests are well served, offer drink refills and clear unused items
- deliver and settle bills promptly and thank guests with an invitation to return
- follow all food safety regulations
