Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience preferred
- able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
- knowledge of bar equipment, cash registers, and beverage systems
- knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations
- good oral and written communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending experience preferred
- able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
- knowledge of bar equipment and beverage systems
- understanding of sanitation and health department regulations
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle high-pressure situations and flexible working hours
Job Duties
- Prepares drinks correctly at the bar for patrons and for cocktail staff
- assists with cleaning of the bar area and inventory maintenance
- ensures the safety and security of employees and guests
- performs responsible alcohol service in accordance with training and regulations
- other duties as assigned
