Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive paid training
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Energy and salesmanship abilities
- Team-oriented mindset
- Must be at least 21 years old
Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously
- Prepare and serve beverages as a bartender including mastering mixology skills
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health policies
- Promote and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient and friendly service
- Adhere to punctuality and consistent attendance policies
- Follow safety protocols and participate in sanitation and safety training
