Job Duties
- greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- take and deliver food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- prepare and serve beverages for guests, including alcohol for bartenders
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining and bar areas
- handle cash and process payments accurately
- promote menu items and daily specials to increase sales
- work collaboratively with kitchen and management staff to enhance the guest experience
