Job Requirements

- legal age to serve alcohol as per state laws
- ability to stand for long periods
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Adheres to liquor laws and regulations
- sets up assigned bars and stocks all necessary supplies
- maintains stock and prepares fresh garnishes and perishables
- greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- takes and processes drink orders, mixes and presents drinks using standard recipes
- checks guests for proper identification
- detects and acts upon guest inebriation
- handles cash transactions accurately and secures deposits
- performs cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards
- arranges bottles and glassware attractively
- washes and sterilizes stemware
- performs other duties as assigned
