Job Requirements
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
- Previous food & beverage or bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of fine wines, spirits, beer, and mixology
- A guest-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service and hospitality
- Ability to communicate clearly and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Valid Maricopa County Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve an exceptional selection of wines, spirits, beer, and specialty cocktails according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards
- Engage with guests to create warm, genuine connections and anticipate needs to deliver an above-and-beyond experience
- Take and confirm guest orders, including modifications and special requests, using the hotel's POS system
- Ensure accuracy and presentation of every beverage before delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and energetic bar environment across both outlets
- Contribute to team collaboration and support smooth operations in both venues
