Job Requirements

  • Valid work authorization for the U.S.
  • Previous food & beverage or bartending experience
  • Strong knowledge of fine wines, spirits, beer, and mixology
  • A guest-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service and hospitality
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work on your feet throughout the shift
  • Valid Maricopa County Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve an exceptional selection of wines, spirits, beer, and specialty cocktails according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards
  • Engage with guests to create warm, genuine connections and anticipate needs to deliver an above-and-beyond experience
  • Take and confirm guest orders, including modifications and special requests, using the hotel's POS system
  • Ensure accuracy and presentation of every beverage before delivery
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and energetic bar environment across both outlets
  • Contribute to team collaboration and support smooth operations in both venues
