Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
  • Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitask
  • Must be committed to following food safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to develop a friendly and engaging customer rapport
  • Knowledge of basic drink mixing techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening, and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and remove any items not in use
  • Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety standards
