Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitask
- Must be committed to following food safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to develop a friendly and engaging customer rapport
- Knowledge of basic drink mixing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Good team player with excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening, and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and remove any items not in use
- Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety standards
