Job Duties
- Provide friendly and attentive service, ensuring an outstanding guest experience
- craft high-quality cocktails and drinks with precision and efficiency
- make food and drink recommendations and answer menu-related questions
- maintain a clean and organized bar area, including bar tops, stools, and surrounding floors
- handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
- follow all alcohol service regulations and company policies
