Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening, and restock beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard, using proper recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure the customer is well attended to, offer refills of drinks, and clear any items not in use
- deliver and settle the bill timely, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety rules
