Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • at least 1 year of bartending experience
  • must be 21+ and hold a valid TABC license or the ability to obtain one
  • physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs
  • flexible schedule
  • excellent customer service skills

  • familiarity with POS systems
  • knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service

Job Duties

  • You are customer driven
  • prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, beer, wine and adhering to recipes and presentation standards
  • engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and create a welcoming inclusive environment
  • maintain a clean and organized bar area ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • manage inventory and restock supplies
  • stepping out from behind the bar to attend to the customers who are shopping around the store
  • process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
  • collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy shifts
  • uphold all liquor laws and regulations including checking IDs and monitoring responsible alcohol service
