Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- at least 1 year of bartending experience
- must be 21+ and hold a valid TABC license or the ability to obtain one
- physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs
- flexible schedule

- knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service

Job Duties
- You are customer driven
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, beer, wine and adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and create a welcoming inclusive environment
- maintain a clean and organized bar area ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- manage inventory and restock supplies
- stepping out from behind the bar to attend to the customers who are shopping around the store
- process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy shifts
- uphold all liquor laws and regulations including checking IDs and monitoring responsible alcohol service
