Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- able to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- ability to tolerate exposure to liquids
- strong verbal communication skills
- willingness to comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
- legally eligible to work in the country
Job Qualifications

- previous bartending experience preferred

- basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar operations
- ability to use POS systems and payment terminals

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests according to recipes
- stock and restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice and supplies
- work a variety of hours, days and shifts including weekends
- effectively service a full bar top, cocktail station, and dining room orders
- safely transport food or beverages to a table of three in a single trip
- safely use and operate all necessary tools and equipment including knives and blenders
- effectively communicate to perform and follow job requirements
- multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment
- get along well with others and be a team player
- ensure the overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests' needs
- greet guests with a warm, sincere smile
- use tact and good judgement when dealing with guest challenges
- safely and properly change beer kegs, CO2 tanks and soda dispensers
- manually wash and sanitize glassware using a three compartment sink
- account for and maintain the security of all bar stock and inventory
- be responsible for the security and reconciliation of the bar cash drawer
- recognize an intoxicated guest and refuse to overserve
- accurately record and account for all orders and payments
- understand and respond knowledgeably to menu questions
- present and encourage current promotions
- follow all steps of service
- follow food allergy procedure and special orders
- comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
- complete alcohol awareness training
- follow all company rules and policies
- perform other duties as assigned
