Job Requirements
- Must be minimum required age to serve and/or sell alcohol beverages at the location of employment
- Familiarity with basic kitchen and cooking equipment
- Background in restaurants or food service preferred
- Obtain Food Handler certification within 30 days of employment
- Alcohol Server certification required
- Ability to provide five-star customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to quickly learn new tasks or technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and varied environment

Job Duties
- Prepare drinks using predetermined recipes and preparation standards
- Provide five-star customer service to all members and guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and work area
- Adhere to all applicable alcohol serving laws and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Handle customer payments and tips responsibly
