- State-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm, friendly greeting
- Make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
- Prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
- Conduct wine service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Comply with all state-mandated beverage service regulations
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance guest experience
