Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age to serve alcohol
  • must have experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale
  • must be able to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and manage situations appropriately
  • must be able to follow cash handling procedures
  • must be physically able to lift and move objects as specified
  • must pass pre-employment physical
  • must successfully complete background investigation
  • must obtain Food Handler's Certificate or complete training
  • open to all applicants with required eligibility documentation
  • flexible work schedule with no guaranteed hours

Job Qualifications

  • Experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale
  • knowledge of correct proportions and mixtures for beverage preparation
  • ability to recognize and manage intoxicated or unruly patrons
  • skill in cash handling procedures
  • ability to communicate clearly with the public
  • successful completion of a Tier 1 Level background investigation
  • possession of or ability to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate or complete food handler's training

Job Duties

  • Mix alcoholic beverages for retail sale with correct proportions and mixtures
  • recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and resolve issues or seek assistance
  • follow cash handling procedures accurately
  • communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent customer service
  • frequently lift objects weighing 5 to 15 pounds and occasionally lift over 40 pounds
  • complete food handler's training or obtain certification
  • comply with security measures including passing a background investigation
