Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age to serve alcohol
- must have experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale
- must be able to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and manage situations appropriately
- must be able to follow cash handling procedures
- must be physically able to lift and move objects as specified
- must pass pre-employment physical
- must successfully complete background investigation
- must obtain Food Handler's Certificate or complete training
- open to all applicants with required eligibility documentation
- flexible work schedule with no guaranteed hours
Job Qualifications
- Experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale
- knowledge of correct proportions and mixtures for beverage preparation
- ability to recognize and manage intoxicated or unruly patrons
- skill in cash handling procedures
- ability to communicate clearly with the public
- successful completion of a Tier 1 Level background investigation
- possession of or ability to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate or complete food handler's training
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic beverages for retail sale with correct proportions and mixtures
- recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and resolve issues or seek assistance
- follow cash handling procedures accurately
- communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent customer service
- frequently lift objects weighing 5 to 15 pounds and occasionally lift over 40 pounds
- complete food handler's training or obtain certification
- comply with security measures including passing a background investigation
