Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
- must have experience mixing alcoholic beverages
- must be physically able to lift and move objects as required
- must complete a pre-employment physical
- must obtain a Food Handler's Certificate or complete food handler's training
- must successfully complete a Tier 1 Level background investigation
- must be able to communicate clearly with customers

- knowledge of correct proportions and mixtures in beverage preparation
- ability to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons
- skill in dealing with the public
- ability to follow cash handling procedures
- effective communication skills
