Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- work in environments with both hot and cold temperatures
- read and write handwritten notes
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- move about facility and stand for long periods
- walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
- must be skilled in effectively communicating with guests
- must be able to read and communicate in English
- must be friendly and able to smile frequently
- dress in proper dress code and look neat, clean and professional
- able to work in noisy, fast paced environment
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to companys sanitation procedures
- maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and notify manager when necessary
- follow all bar recipes to deliver consistent products
- keep station clean and set up and take down station tables
- greet newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner
- accurately take guests food and drink orders
- maintain thorough understanding of menu items
- enter orders into Micros quickly and accurately
- be responsible for all sales on personal Micros keys and complete station side work
- demonstrate ability to operate Micros and handle financial transactions
- ensure food is properly garnished and delivered to designated areas
- work quickly and efficiently following full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- participate in incentives and contests
- complete bar inventories and requisition sheets
- complete opening and closing duties
- assist in party set up and breakdown
- assist other team members as needed
- buss and reset tables
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back and responding timely to guest needs
- maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- listen and communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
- maintain friendly demeanor and frequent smiling
