Job Requirements

  • a minimum of 1 year's bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or GED
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
  • current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
  • ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
  • excellent customer service skills with a friendly and engaging personality
  • availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

Job Duties

  • craft a variety of cocktails from classic and innovative recipes
  • provide exceptional guest service with a friendly and engaging attitude
  • use POS systems efficiently to handle transactions
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • comply with all alcohol and food safety certifications and state requirements
  • communicate effectively with team members including verbal Spanish skills
  • assist in conflict resolution and support team leadership efforts
