  • Must be 21 years of age
  • 2 years bartending experience minimum
  • DABC certification

Job Duties

  • Open and close the bar following the opening and closing checklists
  • prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the brand's drink recipes
  • arrange and maintain liquor bottles and glasses attractively and functionally to support drink preparation and promotion of beverages
  • check and verify the legal age requirement for the purchase of alcohol
  • accept guest payments, process credit card charges, and make changes if necessary
  • balance cash receipts
  • clean and sterilize the bar areas, equipment, and surrounding work areas
  • oversee bar maintenance and report any equipment issues to the restaurant manager
  • limit brand liability by not serving guests who have been excessively drinking and helping arrange transportation for intoxicated guests as needed
  • help serve food items to guests seated at the bar area
  • assist in the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
  • perform other duties as assigned by upper management
