Job Requirements
- must be at least 21-years of age
- must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license
- must be able to obtain and maintain responsible alcohol service certification
- ability to work in a team environment and under stress as the volume of business increases
- ability to stand and walk for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- must be physically mobile with or without a reasonable accommodation
- must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
- must be able to reach above and below the shoulder, grip small items, bend, stoop and twist while preparing drinks
- excellent guest service and communication skills
- knowledge of cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
- must be able to work in areas containing dust, secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lightening, vibration, crowds and air quality
- must present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- regular and punctual attendance is required
- must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as necessary

Job Duties
- maintains and ensures checklist to completion including but not limited to opening and closing procedures
- provides prompt, courteous beverage service to all guest
- provides personalized service and uses guest name
- maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities
- serve wine, and bottled or draft beer
- mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- adhere to company policy by measuring all drinks using either the Berg system or a jigger
- check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- participates in liquor pull ensuring compliance with all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations
- adhere to rules pertaining to Caesars Rewards card membership while working in lounge
- monitors guest consumption of alcohol by providing responsible alcohol service
- clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
- arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays
- cleans bars, work areas and tables
- slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
- operates a cash register/pos system, ringing proper amounts into the register
- performs other duties as assigned by management
