Job Requirements

  • Previous bartending experience with a minimum of 2 years in a fine dining or nightclub setting
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations
  • Strong customer service skills with effective communication abilities
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales reporting
  • Availability for both day and night shifts

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations
  • Utilize Toast POS systems for order entry payment processing and inventory management
  • Engage with customers to provide recommendations take orders and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
  • Assist in managing bar inventory including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checks
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or catering events
