- Previous bartending experience with a minimum of 2 years in a fine dining or nightclub setting
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with effective communication abilities
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales reporting
- Availability for both day and night shifts

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Utilize Toast POS systems for order entry payment processing and inventory management
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations take orders and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Assist in managing bar inventory including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checks
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or catering events
