Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Enjoy working on a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand approximately 90 percent of the workday and freely access all areas of the location
- Be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Endure physical activities like reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing, and moving about the facility
- Must have at least 1 year experience as a bartender and server
- Must be TIPS or BASSET certified based on village or city requirements
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision under varying conditions

Job Duties
- Start with side work to prepare for a smooth shift
- Serve customers by taking orders, cashing out checks, and fulfilling requests
- Mix and serve alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks responsibly following standard recipes
- Request identification from guests to confirm legal drinking age
- Take on new duties and learn through hands-on experience
- Adapt to flexible hours that accommodate personal life and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to support a family-oriented work culture
