Job Requirements
- Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, listening and time management skills
- Ability to stand approximately 90% of the workday and freely access all areas of the locations
- Be able to lift/move up to 50lbs
- Endure in various physical activities like reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing, and moving about the facility
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Must have at least 1 year experience as a bartender and server
- Must be able to work with minimum amount of supervision under varying conditions
- Must be TIPS or BASSET certified based on village or city requirements

Job Duties
- Start with side work to prepare for shifts
- Serve customers by taking orders and cashing out checks
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes
- Verify customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Take on new duties and responsibilities as required
- Work flexible hours that support personal life and team goals
- Build strong relationships within the team and provide excellent customer service
