Job Requirements
- Have working knowledge of drinks, wine and liquor and common drink recipes
- Possess basic math skills
- Be able to handle money and operate a cash register
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 8 hours
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 60 pounds

Job Duties
- Work in high-volume, team oriented, fast-paced environment while keeping focus on the guest experience
- Smile, make eye contact, and maintain great mood and positive energy to warmly welcome guests
- Greet guests within 30 seconds and serve drinks within 2 minutes
- Create energy by participating in dynamics at the appropriate level and part of day
- Maintain clean food menus behind the bar and suggestively sell food
- Ensure food is delivered to bar within 10-12 minutes and notify manager of delays
- Take beverage orders from guests and cocktail hostesses
- Prepare drinks to standard recipes using proper measurements
- Keep bar tops dry and clean
- Wipe ashtrays regularly to maintain cleanliness
- Monitor guest behavior for signs of impairment and enforce drinking age policies
- Handle cash and follow credit card procedures accurately
