Job Requirements
- Be 21 years or older
- Enjoy working on a team in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent communication, listening and time management skills
- Ability to stand approximately 90 percent of the workday
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs
- Physical endurance for activities like reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing and moving around the facility
- Minimum one year experience as bartender and server
- Be TIPS or BASSET certified based on village or city requirements
- Ability to work with minimum supervision

Job Duties
- Start with side work to prepare for the shift
- Serve customers by taking orders and cashing out checks
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly following standard recipes
- Request and verify identification for legal drinking age
- Take on new duties and learn through experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
