Job Requirements
- Bartending experience in a full service restaurant preferred, not required
- comply with all food and beverage regulations
- ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
- ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed

- excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of basic math skills
- ability to work effectively within a team
- must be upbeat, outgoing and positive with guests and staff
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- interact with guests, take orders and serve food and drinks
- assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- consistently check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- protect establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
- restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, maintaining orderly bar
- report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to restaurant manager
