- Knowledge of drink recipes and sales techniques

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Operate cash registers and POS systems (Toast POS preferred) accurately for processing transactions
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure availability
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for guests at the bar
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry, including responsible alcohol service practices
