Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Health permit and alcohol awareness certification required before starting
- Ability to work in fast-paced and physically demanding environments
- Ability to stand, walk, and reach 100% of the time
- Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects
- Good physical coordination and balance
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Ability to read and interpret safety and procedure manuals
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and report accidents
- Ability to perform basic math operations

Job Qualifications
- One to three years experience as a bartender preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with others
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under minimal supervision
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of mixed cocktails and frozen drinks
- Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol as required by law
Job Duties
- Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and staff
- Verifies all guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years old
- Follows established recipes and procedures in beverage preparation
- Utilizes product knowledge and suggestive selling techniques
- Takes orders and delivers food and beverages promptly
- Operates point-of-sale system efficiently and handles cash accurately
- Maintains cleanliness of bar area and equipment
- Cleans spills and tracks waste
- Ensures quality of food and beverages before serving
- Assists with stocking and inventory management
- Provides excellent customer service and handles complaints professionally
- Completes opening, running, and closing duties
- Adheres to responsible alcohol service policies
- Trains new staff when applicable
- Maintains product and company knowledge
- Communicates inventory needs and operational concerns
- Follows safety and sanitation practices
- Adheres to company policies and procedures
