Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to frequently immerse hands in water
- Ability to lift and transport items up to 25 pounds
- Good vision to ensure cleanliness and operation of touchscreen systems
- Basic math and communication skills

- Stands during the entire shift
- Ability to wipe down tables, pick up debris, and maintain cleanliness

Job Duties
- Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and fruit juice to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interacts verbally with all bar guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- Serves food and drinks to all bar guests
- Completes assigned opening and closing side work
- Slices fruit and vegetable garnishes for drinks
- Presents guest checks to bar patrons and handles transactions
- Processes employee and manager food orders and relays food orders to the kitchen via the point-of-sale system
