Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in bartending or customer service preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to frequently immerse hands in water
  • Ability to lift and transport items up to 25 pounds
  • Good vision to ensure cleanliness and operation of touchscreen systems
  • Basic math and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Able to operate blenders, frozen drink machines, and other bar equipment
  • Stands during the entire shift
  • Ability to wipe down tables, pick up debris, and maintain cleanliness
  • Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required

Job Duties

  • Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and fruit juice to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Interacts verbally with all bar guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
  • Serves food and drinks to all bar guests
  • Completes assigned opening and closing side work
  • Slices fruit and vegetable garnishes for drinks
  • Presents guest checks to bar patrons and handles transactions
  • Processes employee and manager food orders and relays food orders to the kitchen via the point-of-sale system
