Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years bartending experience preferred
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of mixology techniques and bar equipment
- Must comply with state and local alcohol laws
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

- Prior bartending experience in a luxury hotel or upscale bar setting
- Strong knowledge of mixology and current drink trends
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Understanding of bar sanitation and safety standards

- Familiarity with state and local alcohol serving laws
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails and beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Engage with guests in a warm and professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Ensure compliance with state and local beverage serving regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service
