- At least two years of experience at a fast paced dining establishment preferred
- Working knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and tending bar
- Ability to learn and follow recipes
- Warm and outgoing personality with passion for food, wine, spirits and customer service
- Commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience
- Excellent people skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a high volume environment
- Basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate point-of-sale system
- Fluent in English
- Valid food handler card

Job Duties
- Greet guests and take beverage orders from servers or guests
- Mix drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages as ordered
- Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase
- Handle an assigned house bank and follow cash handling procedures
- Collect payment for drinks served and balance all receipts
- Ensure the bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for service
- Serve snacks or food items to guests seated at the bar
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and promotions
