Job Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, high-level restaurant, hotel, or nightlife environment
- Strong cocktail knowledge and ability to work under pressure
- Positive, warm, and friendly attitude
- Flexibility to serve cocktails occasionally
- Basic English proficiency
- Ability to work any shift
- Must be able to operate a cash register
- Must have manual dexterity for bartending tasks
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of all state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
- Hold a current Food Handler Card
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages
- Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register and handle transactions
- Basic English language writing skills for requisitions and vouchers
- Sufficient manual dexterity to perform bartending tasks
- Ability to understand customer inquiries and communicate clearly
- Ability to follow written product labeling instructions
- Ability to remember and promote menu items
- Ability to operate beverage equipment
- Ability to transport up to 30 lbs continuously during the shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, talking, hearing, seeing and smiling
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve classic and innovative cocktails to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Engage with guests warmly to enhance their experience
- Operate beverage equipment efficiently
- Comply with all state, federal and corporate liquor laws
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations
