Job Requirements

  • Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, high-level restaurant, hotel, or nightlife environment
  • Strong cocktail knowledge and ability to work under pressure
  • Positive, warm, and friendly attitude
  • Flexibility to serve cocktails occasionally
  • Basic English proficiency
  • Ability to work any shift
  • Must be able to operate a cash register
  • Must have manual dexterity for bartending tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of all state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
  • Hold a current Food Handler Card
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages
  • Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register and handle transactions
  • Basic English language writing skills for requisitions and vouchers
  • Sufficient manual dexterity to perform bartending tasks
  • Ability to understand customer inquiries and communicate clearly
  • Ability to follow written product labeling instructions
  • Ability to remember and promote menu items
  • Ability to operate beverage equipment
  • Ability to transport up to 30 lbs continuously during the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, talking, hearing, seeing and smiling

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve classic and innovative cocktails to guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Engage with guests warmly to enhance their experience
  • Operate beverage equipment efficiently
  • Comply with all state, federal and corporate liquor laws
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations
