Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least three years experience in high volume, upscale restaurant or hotel
- must possess current Serve Safe Food Handler Card
- must possess current ABC card
- ability to effectively communicate
- ability to follow directions with focus to detail
- ability to work under minimal supervision
- ability to carry or push beverage heavy trays up to 40 lbs
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Set up the mise en place for the featured cocktails
- ensure bar is stocked up
- inform manager when items run low
- promptly greet guests as they are seated at the bar
- clear bar area after guests leave and take tableware to dish room
- respond immediately and appropriately to guest requests
- communicate with server, host and Maitre'D to assure efficient seating, table utilization and guest service
- thank guests as they are leaving
- maintain a high level of personal cleanliness and immaculate uniform presentation
- be a team player and help out fellow staff whenever possible
