Job Requirements
- Must be a US citizen or legal US resident
- Must have experience working in nightclubs or lounges
- Must be able to stand or walk for a minimum of eight hours
- Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Must be able to work in areas with secondhand smoke, high noise levels, dancing, and bright lights
- Must have excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Three years of bartending experience in upscale and high-volume nightclubs or lounges
- Additional two years of experience in upscale restaurants, bars, hotels, or events
- Profound knowledge of spirits and classic mixology
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Working knowledge of a second language preferred
- Experience generating sales through upselling techniques
- Access to a wide and qualified clientele database is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Engage with patrons to promote upselling and maximize sales
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
